                        List this case for disposal after eight weeks.
                In  the meantime, we expect Union of India to  conduct
                an  inquiry and to take appropriate action with regard
                to  the disappearance of the waste from the Ports.  An
                affidavit  should  be filed within seven weeks by  the
                Union  of India indicating what steps have been  taken
                in  this  regard.   The affidavit should also  give  a
                report  with regard to the action taken in relation to
                the  time bound action plan contained in the report of
                the CPCB, which has been submitted.
