                  Issue notice. 


                  In the   meantime,  the  grievance  made  in the  I.A.  shall  be examined


      by   the   Committee   constituted   by   this   Court   in   the   matter   of   Ship   Breaking


      Unit   at   Alang.     The   Report   of   the   Committee   on   such   examination   shall   be


      furnished   along   with   the   report   originally   directed   to   be   submitted.     If   the


      Committee   feels   the   need   for   doing   so,   it   shall   take   into   consideration   the


      views,  if  any,   of the bodies which are involved in the process of the decision


      making, i.e. Gujarat Maritime Board and Gujarat Pollution Control Board.
