        within  two  weeks its response to the points annexed  to
        the  letter dated 16th November, 2002 of Mr.Sanjay Parikh
        addressed  to  the  Registrar of this Court as  also  the
        requisite  status report regarding implementation of  the
        High Powered Committee Report in terms of the order dated
        21st   November,  2002.   List   these  matters  on  18th
        February, 2003 for final hearing.
