         UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                 O R D E R



	The importers have filed affidavits in terms of the orders earlier passed granting them an opportunity.  However, a request is made on behalf of Respondent No.5 (Versatile Export) for grant of further time to file an affidavit.  In the interests of justice,  affidavit by the said importer may be filed within 5 days.  Affidavit has also been filed on behalf of Commissioner of Custom, Bombay.  Commissioner of Custom is directed to file response to the affidavit filed by the importers.  Counsel for importers are directed to supply to Mr. A.Subba Rao, Advocate, copies of the affidavit already filed and the one directed to be filed within a period of 5 days.  Response by the Commissioner of Custom be filed within three weeks thereafter.  The Commissioner of Custom shall also keep ready the Reports earlier given by the laboratory.  Copy of the Report be also supplied to the counsel for the importers.  The importers may file rejoinders within two weeks of filing of response by Commissioner of Custom.
